Why a project aimed at women?
In my professional career I have met, guided, traveled part of the way with many women. Over the last 25 years I have enjoyed a profession that has allowed me to move around different countries, getting closer to the lives of women of different ages, social backgrounds and nationalities.
In my experience, I have been able to verify that each woman is unique in herself, with great potential to generate life. This quality, which we immediately associate with motherhood, does not only subscribe to this topic; women's creativity extends to their ability to generate his own life through his qualities to learn, adapt, change and persist.
But this vital force is influenced by an education and traditions that lead it to perceive itself, its circumstances and its possibilities in a specific and therefore limited way.
I repeatedly observe in women who come to resolve some of the commonly called "feminine conditions" (related to menstruation, thyroid, migraines, etc.) that the basis of this dysfunction is in the conflict between themselves and their education.
The idea of these workshops is to open a space for body work through which we reflect on what it means to be a woman today, how today we still submit to a social model of a woman, and how to learn in a practical way to direct our strength vital towards the life we want to have.
With this project I want to give respectful recognition to the fact of being a woman and provide tools that help us become aware of the freedom that we can achieve if we are an active part in our own well-being.
These workshops have the purpose of recovering our feminine energy, crossing the limits acquired by our education as women and enhancing the strength, control and flexibility of our body.
Using different movement exercises with music, breathing, revitalization of the pelvis, legs and feet, and silence, we bring our attention to the body, approaching the specific topic of the workshop through a physical experience, not just an intellectual one.
The talks and discussions also contribute to a greater understanding of the subject, encouraging us to deepen our learning and to go beyond cultural norms and personal opinions.
During the workshop we learn to identify different patterns that we carry as women and to get out of them, acquiring a much more real and intense experience of who we are.
Learning through the body creates a physical change that is reflected in the reduction of discomfort or pain and in an intense experience of well-being. You will be able to use the exercises and concepts practiced in your daily life to achieve the change you want.
All women are welcome to the workshop.
For women who want to explore their identity and who basically want to feel good about themselves.
For women in pain such as: pre-menstrual syndrome, migraines, conditions in the lower abdomen, pain in the lower back, fluid retention, weakness or heaviness in the legs, recovery from childbirth, symptoms in menopause, sciatica, etc.
No prior knowledge is necessary to participate in the workshop.

The topics of the workshops:
This work is considered as a single unit, although it is divided into 4 topics for a better and more complete implementation of the changes in your daily life.
Between workshops you will be given training to do until the next workshop.
Therefore I recommend you do the 4 workshops to create a change in depth.
However, if it is not possible, you can participate only in those that interest you.
Women and self-image: Both our history and our current society lead us to be busy - sometimes even obsessed - with how we are seen.
The objective of this workshop it is to feel comfortable in our body instead of observing ourselves "from the outside" and commenting on it.

Women and sexuality:
We have innumerable beliefs about how sex should be and how we should be as sexual beings.
These beliefs definitely limit us and even make us suffer rather than take pleasure.
This workshop aims to identify them, to be able to get out of them and perceive our body as a welcoming and open place, receptive to the reality we live in.

Women have been taught to repress it in a much more pronounced way than men. This denial of violence is often manifested in our body in the form of symptoms (some of the so-called "feminine conditions") or as "attacks" of bad mood, anger, criticism, complaint, etc.
Recognizing this strength in ourselves and learning to harness it is a step to regain the power of our femininity.
Women and food:
Eating as we need is an indisputable step to regain our strength and femininity.
Something that should be so simple in this sense is approached from a mental point of view, full of opinions and prejudices. It becomes a way to punish us or give us a reward or control our body, etc.
This workshop aims to rescue the simplicity and power of the act of feeding ourselves.
