The teepee
The teepee is in the middle of the forest, on a terrace between centuries-old stone walls. These impressive, hand built terraces were used in ancient times to grow olive trees, wine grapes or other vegetables.
With an area of 24m2, the teepee is ideal for two people, but with a comfortable space for 4. The authentic ancient American Indian dwelling already has a great warm and welcoming atmosphere, but for those cooler nights there is a cozy wood heater inside. You will have a table and chairs, which can be used on the veranda. There is also water and, if you need it, electricity.
For your rest (and we care that you sleep well) there are comfy beds with sheets, pillows and duvets. You also have towels for the shower. Configuration can be a double or up to 4 single beds.
Outside, the lower terrace has hammocks, a shower and an area for cooking and eating. We have enabled different spaces around the teepee, each with its own atmosphere and characteristics. We invite you to discover them!
The teepee shower is cold water, of course! You are in a teepee, in the middle of the forest. If you are a lover of the benefits of cold water (we are…Wim Hoffers), or simply want to go for it all in this adventure, a cold water shower in the solitude of the forest is a fantastic experience.
But do not worry, if you do not want to get so radical you have a full bathroom with hot water about 100m from the tipi. This bathroom is available only to people who are in the teepee, so you can leave your toiletries and towel there.
The kitchen is equipped with the basic elements, but enough so that you can prepare your own meals.
Sauna
Nothing as comforting as a sauna. This wood fired sauna is detoxifying, relaxing and just good for you. Especially great on cooler days, but always great. We especially love it at night, the post-sauna chill out on the lounge chairs, wrapped in a blanket, with a hot drink, literally gazing at the starry sky.
* For hygiene reasons, we do not offer towels and / or bathrobes for the sauna. If you want to use this service, you must bring this material from your home.
Breakfast
All packs include breakfast: hot drinks, homemade bread, fruit, local sausage, cheese, jam or macrobiotic or vegan breakfast. Homemade food where we can adapt to your preferences and also to your intolerances or allergies.
